This excellent beer is from @shadowpuppet brewing out of Livermore, California. This tart guava based beer is consider a baby sour but by no means, think this beer is no punk! A very balanced beer a initial entry to a person who are not experienced with sour beers. Even a tasty beer for veterans of the sour beer world. let's get into the taste, you can taste the guava all the way thru on your palette. Not too sour but just the right amount. I love this beer an excellent sour and you should grab this beer if you see it instead of the toilet paper or grab both.
