Brunch on a Sunday how can you go wrong with waffles and a beer?

I had the pleasure of visiting Oak⭐️Point  brewery in Sacramento, California this last Sunday.

I decided to go on a beer mission and take an hour drive up north to the state capital. Oak Point Brewing is located in North Oak Park of the city in a quaint  neighborhood with small business and residential housing.

Arriving at my destination at the corner of Broadway and 36th street. I first spotted the nicely partially covered beer garden with wood tables and ample seating. Inside is a rustic appearance with dark wood and metal accents. Eisenhower light bulbs light your way into the brewery where you are met with brewing equipment and a nicely laid out bar for ordering and seating.

I ordered my food and proceed to the beer garden with my beer of choice " Mystic Cloud"  a New England IPA that comes in at 7.2 % abv. I took up a spot outside in the uncovered area to enjoy the perfect weather. I didn't have to wait long for my food, I ordered waffles topped with cinnamon apples and cream which was delicious.

In the end the food and service was great and I would most definitely revisit this brewery again It was worth the hour drive.
